High hopes that football returns to the DCS Stadium on Tuesday
Despite the quick thaw and the heavy rain on Saturday night, the Groundstaff are hopeful that Tuesday's local derby will go ahead.
Town Groundsman John Levi said, 'It rained all Saturday night but by this morning (Monday) most of the surface water has dissappeared. We still have one or two spots that we need to work on in the next few days to get it fit for Tuesday but we are are hopeful that the game will go ahead'.
