Private Parties and Events at Knights Lane

As well as the 1st team stadium, 3rd generation all weather floodlit pitch and 2 junior pitches, The Knights Lane Clubhouse is available for use to host a variety of events from intimate dinner parties, receptions for up to 200 guests or banquets and parties for up to 100 guests.

Designed to provide a fresh and exciting approach to bringing your event to life, with first class facilities, which truly reflects ambience and quality for a full spectrum of special events, weddings and celebrations.

Boardroom
An intimate and inspiring space where the atmosphere is private and the casual elegance of the Boardroom provides a flexible area that is easily transformed to provide the perfect setting for a private dinner party.

The Pitch View Function Room
With direct access outside the Pitch View Function Room offers guests a fantastic opportunity to soak up a unique atmosphere. With stunning views across the pitch and Warwickshire countryside and the ability to host up to 200 guests for an informal reception party or up to 100 for a banquet dinner.

Room Hire
With our nominated caterers: Pitch View Function Room £100.00 Boardroom £75.00

Room Hire only: Pitch View Function Room £125.00 Boardroom £100.00

If you would prefer to have complete flexibility for your special day, you may take advantage of our Room Hire only rate. This allows you to bring your own caters to tailor your event exactly how you want.

All catering is based on a minimum of 10 guests. Prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Should you or any of your guests have any allergies or special dietary request, please notify us in advance.

NB: Your menu choice is required at the latest 4 weeks prior to your event.

Booking Procedure

•    A £100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking
•    Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to the date of your event
•    A credit card imprint is required on arrival for any extras incurred during the day/evening
•    An additional refundable deposit of £100.00 may be requested for any damage incurred
during the event, the decision will be at the discretion of the board
•    Stratford Town Football Club reserve the right to request that door security must be in      
attendance during your event, this will be at an additional cost to the booker
