Business Meetings and Functions at Knights Lane

As well as the 1st team stadium, 3rd generation all weather floodlit pitch and 2 junior pitches, The Knights Lane Clubhouse is available for use to host a variety of business and corporate events including business meetings, receptions and conferences.

Designed to provide a fresh and exciting approach to bringing your event to life, with first class facilities, which truly reflects ambience and quality for a full spectrum of events.

With a change in the current financial climate the football club has redesigned the business meetings and functions packages for local companies and organisations.

Boardroom
An intimate and inspiring space where the atmosphere is private and the casual elegance of the Boardroom provides a flexible area that is easily transformed to allow anything from a theatre style meeting, a classroom set up or a private dinner.

The Boardroom can now be hired for meetings, seminars and training days, for a day delegate rate of just £15 a head, for a maximum of 25 people. For more than 25 people the rate is £20 a head.

The day delegate rate includes tea and coffee on arrival, sandwich lunch and after tea and coffee. Flipcharts, pens and paper are also included in the package and WiFi facilities if required. And don't forget ample free parking

The Pitch View Function Room
With direct access outside the Pitch View Function Room offers delegates and guests a fantastic opportunity to soak up a unique atmosphere. With stunning views across the pitch and Warwickshire countryside and the ability to host up to 200 guests for an informal reception or up to 104 delegates theatre style, for meetings and conferences.

Booking Procedure

•    All bookings will be provisionally held for 2 weeks
•    Written confirmation and a signed contract is required to secure your booking
•    All bookings must be prepaid in advance or settled on departure
•    All request for credit will be subject to a credit check and are at the discretion of the board
•    Credit must be requested in advance and cannot be authorised on the day
•    Payment in full is required 14 days after the date of invoice
